“TUCKER – Located near Cherokee about 11 miles South of Jonesboro (sic), near the road leading to Embreeville. Nine members of the Tucker family buried in this plot, the graves marked with fieldstones.”
There is evidence that two different known burial grounds were tied to the name Tucker in the Embreeville area. No other evidence has been found to date that would conclude any other locations exist, but the possibility cannot be completely ruled out.
Worthy of mention for consideration is that there are a few Tuckers buried at Bethesda Methodist Churchyard. Those with markers are not in any “plot” but rather found at various locations throughout the burial ground. That burial ground could loosely fit the above description, as well. Applicable death certificates all indicate “Bethesda” as the location of burial.

“WCCL: The first grave mark is that of John TUCKER, born 1818, died 1864. There are approximately 250 graves; there are 13 inscriptions and 25 graves marked with fieldstones. Phillip WILHITE and Jonathan TUCKER, soldiers of the War of 1812, are buried here.”
The second “Tucker” –

From volume 2, page 110 – entry 2-38 Bumpus Cove Cemetery
Bumpus Cove Cemetery has been called “Tucker” on a handful of death certificates. A few of those are found with tombstones at Bumpus Cove Cemetery, but not all. Others are connected by familial relationships. It is unconfirmed as to the reason Bumpus Cove Cemetery was known as Tucker on these few death certificates.
Markers at Bumpus Cove were found for Christopher Columbus Tucker 6/27/1855-3/7/1930) and his wife, Amanda Cordelia Boone Tucker (6/1861-2/13/1935), George Tucker (1880-1963), and Winnie Mae Starnes Tucker (1891-1918). None of their death certificates indicate “Tucker” however. A possible theory, but unproven, is perhaps Christopher C. Tucker may have been overseeing the graveyard during the years prior to his death.
