The 1861 Enumeration of Free White Males of the State, Washington County, Tennessee has been added. Big THANKS to Rose Tate for transcribing this document.
Won’t it be interesting to know which army and which unit each of these men served.
There are some names missing from this list that I know about. Wonder if they were out of the county or as one old fellow said “hiding behind the barn” when the enumerator stopped by.
