William C. Hale was the son of James Chamberlain Hale and Almira Bacon Hale.
James Hale and Almira Bacon were married April 1, 1830 in Washington County, Tennessee.
James was the son of George and Eleanor Chamberlain Hale. James was born ca. 1807 and died July 14, 1849. James inherited the land from his grandfather, James Chamberlain.
Almira Bacon was born in Kentucky around 1807 and died after 1860.
Sarah F. Leab was the daughter of John and Sarah Hilbert Leab.
