The library is a member of the Watauga Regional Public Libraries which has joined its catalog with Northeast State Community College and East Tennessee State University. The Web Patron Access Catalog (WebPAC) may also be accessed at libraries.etsu.edu.
Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the library. Computers are available on a sign-up basis on the 2nd floor. Access to Ancestry.com is available onsite. Other genealogy databases may be accessed in the library or online from your computer.
Genealogy materials are located in the Tennessee Room also on the 2nd floor. Those materials do not circulate.
