Located off Highway 11-E between Jonesborough and Johnson City, TN. The cemetery is on a hill across from Valley Equipment Company, 3903 W. Market Street, Johnson City, TN. It has been recently cleared and fenced. Two large cedar trees are nearby. There are several unmarked graves.

George Persinger, 30 Dec 1799 – 11 Mar 1887 and his 1st wife, Julia Ann Carper are probably buried here. She was born 26 Dec 1818 and died 3 Mar 1862, daughter of Henry & Nancy Carper. Julia & George were married 25 Oct 1837. His 2nd wife was Catherine Timandra Brown, born 7 May 1818 and died 7 23 Jul 1877. They were married 14 Jan 1863.
