BURIALS:
Only one grave, clearly marked with head and foot fieldstones, was found. No other clear depressions were noted.
Abner Howard (b 8-13-1813 – unproven date), husband of Elizabeth Price Howard (married Nov 24, 1839 – Washington County) – His death date is unknown, but after the 1870 census.
Elizabeth Price Howard may be buried here, but there is no proof. She was born about the same year as Abner, based upon census records, and probably died between 1860 & 1870. When Mary Catherine Howard sold the property in 1917, she only reserved her father’s grave, however.
Daughter, Mary Catherine Howard died in 1919 and is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Johnson City. No evidence of any other graves.
