Located at the end of Carr Cemetery Rd, in the Watauga Flats Area of Johnson City, Tennessee, next to the A.C. Carr Cemetery. Well maintained cemetery.

This cemetery is on land owned during the Revolutionary War by Jeremiah Dungan, which was passed to Jeremiah Dungan Gibson, Thomas Gibson, and Orpha Gibson, who married Seth Thompson – all grandchildren of Jeremiah and Mary Dungan. There are a few unmarked graves.
