Deed Book 81, Page 340 (1902) – Malinda Bailey to Abbie Bailey Cecil.  Also quiet on graveyard.
Deed Book 266, Page 390 (1952) – Abbie Cecil to P[alma] L. Robinson, T.E. Robinson, and Willard Bailey.  This deed excepts the graveyard and R.O.W. to it.
Deed Book 296, Page 503 (1956) – Nora Robinson (widow of T.E. Robinson) conveys her share to Palma Robinson.  Excepts graveyard.
Deed Book 299, Page 273 and Deed Book 299, Page 275 (1956) – Convey to Palma Robinson.  These two deeds convey life estates of Nora Robinson and Robert Francis Duff.  R.F. Duff’s mother, Charlotte was daughter of T.E. & Nora Robinson.
Deed Book 332, Page 126 (1960) – Willard & Ada Bailey to Palma Robinson.  Their undivided share of the 40 acres.  At this point, the entire 40 acres is now in Palma Robinson, with no shares.
Future deeds have not been referenced, however, Ruth May Robinson, Palma’s wife, remained owner of this and substantial other properties until her death.  Title to the land is now held by Robinson Farms, Inc.
Technically, the burial ground ownership remains in Abbie Cecil, who is believed to be the last burial in 1957.
