ESTATE RECORDS 1806-1841 transcribed by Rick Chambers Thomas Wheeler & Spencer Graham   Page 17 State of Tennessee) Campbell County )      Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Wheeler Spencer Grahams and Sampson David are held and firmly bound unto Willie Blount Governor and his Successors in Office in the sum of three thousand Dollars to the which payment well and truly to be made & done we bind ourselves and each of our heirs Executors and ad- ministrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents seal with our seals and dated this 4th day of December AD. 1810.      The condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Thomas Wheeler and Spencer Graham who being this day duly appointed Inspectors of Tobbaco in the County aforesaid shall well and truly Execute and perform in all things their duties as Inspectors aforesaid as the Law in such Case may direct them of in that Case the above Obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and Effect Signed & acknowledged ) In open Court ) James Rice Ch. ) David T.
