     Know all men by these presents that I Harris Rion of the County of Campbell and State of Tennessee have for and consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars money of the United States to me in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of the property herein after mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have sold unto David Cuningham of the County and State aforesaid Three feather beds with all the beding furniture therein belonging also all my pots Kettles plates Knives and forks Platters basons and Spoons together with all household and kitchen utinsals with all household furniture and wearing apparrel of whatever kind whatsoever also six head of Horse Beasts and Ten head of Cattle and all my claim of Hoggs in Pulaski County in the State of Kentucky and all the Corn or bread kind of Grain now remaining on the place whereon I now live on the north side of Powells River Adjoining the bank, Now be It Known that I the aforesaid Harris Ryon for the Consideration aforesaid have sold unto the aforesaid David Cuningham his heirs and assigns forever all and singular the aforesaid mentioned property and do by these presents warrant and defend the same from all Legal Claims of any person or persons whatever, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal in the County aforesaid this fourth day of November in the year of our Lord 1814
