CONLY, Abraham and CONLY, Silas were received in the Penitentiary Augus the Twenty ninth eighteen hundred and thirty one. Abraham is five feet six inches high, twenty one years of age, common weight one hundred and thirty pounds, dark hair and skin, gray eyes. Born in Hawkins County, Tennessee brought up in Knox County where he has a wife now living with her father John HASKINS (HOSKINS?) three miles from Campbells Station. A small scar on the thumb and one over the left eye. Silas is twenty five years of age, five feet five inches high, common weight one hundred and thirty pounds, dark hair, fair skin and blue eyes. Has worked at the gun smith business. Born in North Carolina and brought up in Hawkins County, Tennessee. His wife is at her father's Harris RYON in Campbell County ten miles from Jacksboro. A large scar on his right side occasioned by a blister plaster. Abraham and Silas were both found guilty of stealing bacon at the Circuit Court of Knox County, and sentenced to one years imprisonment in the Jail and Penitentiary house of the State of Tennessee. Discharged by Expiration of sentence, Abraham CONLY, August 29th 1832. Silas CONLY was discharged by expiration of sentence September 23d 1832. He was detailed for bad conduct twenty five days. Abraham CONLY's conduct was good. Silas CONLY's conduct was exceptional.
