Former Resident Dies In Texas James William Bennett, former resident of Warren county, died in Dallas, Texas Friday afternoon at 5:30 o’clock, following a heart attack suffered five hours earlier. Last rites were held Dec. 28 at the Love-Cantrell Funeral Home Chapel for Alice Clarice Banks, 64, of Smithville. Mark Miller officiated. Burial followed in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Banks died Dec. 22 at Centennial Medical Center following a brief  illness.
