Teet, Glenda Fay
She was the daughter of the late William Emmett Field and Paulina Grady Yates Field. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Claude W. Teet; brother, G.W. Field; and grandson, Jerry Wayne Teet.
Glenda is survived by her loving children, Chris (Jenny) Teet, Tina Teet, and Richie (Laura) Teet; brother Mike (Peggy) Field; sister-in-law Judy Field; along with 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy and pride.
Glenda was a hardworking and caring woman who dedicated much of her life to serving others. She taught cosmetology for many years, sharing both her talent and encouragement with her students. After retiring from teaching, she worked alongside her mother at the family beauty shop before opening her own shop, Just For You, in 1987. Throughout the years, she also worked as a real estate agent and substitute teacher, always staying active and involved in her community.
She will be remembered for her strong work ethic, kind heart, and the love she had for her family and friends. Glenda’s presence touched many lives, and she leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured for years to come.
