Virginia Ruth Sullivan, who was known by her middle name of “Ruth”, was born in Primm Springs, TN on October 27, 1929 to the late Emma Lee Rainey and John I. Forehand. She passed away from this life on February 10, 2021 at the age of 91.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Alton Douglas Sullivan; daughter, Rita Sullivan Gaskins (Thomas) of Indian Springs, AL; son, Jerry Sullivan; granddaughters, Jennifer Hamby (Jessie), Stephanie Sullivan, Amy Hatcher (Cary), and Rebecca Gay (Austin); grandsons, Jeremy Gaskins and Allan Gaskins (Allison); as well as great-grandchildren, Ava Sullivan, Lila Ruth Hatcher, Bennett Hatcher, and Luke Gaskins.
