Pauline Prater Spohr was born August 13, 1942 in Prestonsburg, KY, and died on December 20, 2020 at the age of 78.

She was the daughter of the late Oliver and Junie Sammons Prater.

A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date in Indiana.
