Mrs. Meadows is the daughter of the late Hulon Murphy and Ruby Lea Gibson Murphy. She is also preceded in death by her brother Thomas Murphy, sisters Belinda Palmore, and Linda (Janie) McCandless, grandson Joshua Hunter, and nephew Johnathon White.

Mrs. Meadows is survived by her loving husband, Mac Meadows, daughter, Vickie Hunter, son, Tommy (Kimberly) Hunter, stepsons, Roy (Dana) Meadows, Mac (Mandy) Meadows Jr., and Phillip (Kimberly) Meadows, stepdaughter, Valorie (David) Arnett, sister, Denise (Chuck) Worcester, brothers, Gary (Helen) Murphy Sr., and Donnie (Kathy) Murphy, by grandchildren, Isaac, Alijah, Stevie Leigh, Anthony Economos, and Courtney Evans, along with five more grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
