Thomas Lester Howell, Jr., age 68 of Humphreys County, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday April 22, 2023, in Waverly, Tennessee. Thomas was born on September 26, 1954, in Dickson, Tennessee, to the late Thomas Lester Howell, Sr. and Betty Joann Howell. Thomas is predeceased by his wife, Vickie Diane Howell.

Mr. Howell is survived by his two daughters, Christian Dalton of Pegram, Tennessee, and Mary Jo Howell.

Grandchildren include, Derek Johnson, Jr., Kathi Sue Johnson, Jerri Ann Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Alex Dalton, Katie Dalton and John Dalton and two great-grandchildren, Leon Dalton and Levi Dalton.

Mr. Howell worked as a truck driver, transporting for a local steel company. He will be laid to rest beside his wife in Memory Gardens,

Visitation with the family will be 25 Apr 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be 26 Apr 2023 at 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
