Hazel Leona Herrera was born Aug. 11, 1960, to the late Bobby Nordan and Linda West May, and died on March 28 at the age of 60.

Survivors include her husband Jose Herrera, daughter Jennifer Salines, sons Christopher Salines, Daniel Salines, step daughter Elizabeth Fumagalli, brothers Jerry and Bobby Nordan, sister Wanda Valdez, and 11 grandchildren. 

Visitation will be April 1, 2021 beginning from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County. Graveside Services will be 2 April 2021 at 11:00 AM followed by burial in Memory Gardens, Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
