James Wilson Hassell was born on August 31, 1938 and passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 83.

Mr. Hassell was the son of the late Howard and Margaret Winters Hassell. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Jamie Barnett, son, Steve Hassell, grandson, Anthony, and sisters, Katherine Scott and Cornelia Chandler.

Mr. Hassell is survived by his wife, Wanda Hassell, Sons, Erik (Kelley) Hassell, and Dustin Hassell, sister, Shirley Henley, grandchildren, Brandy, Caleb, Aaron, Josie, and Luke, great=grandchildren, Alexis and Michael.

Visitation with the family will be 26 Feb 2022 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County and 27 Feb 2022 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at Fairfield Church of Christ, Centerville, TN.  Funeral Services will be 27 Feb 2022 at 1:00 PM at Fairfield Church of Christ, Centerville, TN.  Burial will follow at New Antioch Cemetery, Lyles, TN.
