Lance Anthony Golgata, of the Pinewood Community, died January 23, 2022, at the age of 57 years. Lance was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on June 30, 1964, to the late Gary Clement Testa, Sr. and Marianne Louise Barrett Testa.

Mr. Golgata is survived by his sister Collette Sychantha and his brother Donald Testa.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Golgata was preceded in death by his brother Gary Clement Testa, Jr.
