Randolph Beaugard Cathey, 75, of Columbia, TN departed this life on April 29, 2026.

He was born in Duck River, TN in 1950 to Thomas and Margaret Cathey. He attended Hickman County schools and utilized his skills at the IMPACT program of Maury County.

Randolph was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret Cathey; brothers, Anderson Ghant, Joe Cathey, Samuel Meese Cathey; sisters, Mary Katherine Turner, Billie Ann Cathey, and Lucille Booker.

He is survived by his loving sisters Robbie Sue Booker, Helen Patterson, and Geraldine Dowell; sisters-in-laws, Betty Jean Cathey and Ida Sue Cathey and a host of nieces and nephews, which will cherish fond memories of him.

Visitation with the family will be 1 May 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County.  Graveside Services will be held 2 May 2026 at 1:00 PM at Center Star cemetery, Duck River, TN.
