Clyde Gene Bilbrey was born on May 28, 1939, and passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 86.

He was the son of the late Charlie D. Bilbrey and Jennie E. Davis Bilbrey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Brenda Sharp Bilbrey; brothers, William and Comer Bilbrey; and sister, Myrline Bilbrey.

Clyde is lovingly survived by his daughter, Brenda (Len) Stewart; son, Russell (Patricia) Bilbrey; grandchildren, Josh Stewart and Amanda Donoho; and great-grandchildren, Henry, Graham, Destiny, and JJ.

Clyde found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed taking walks, collecting knives, and spending quiet time playing solitaire. Above all, he cherished time with his family, especially his great-grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness.

Visitation with the family will be 7 April 2026 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and 8 April 2026 from 10:00 -11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County with Funeral Services to begin at 11:00 AM.  Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
