Born in Dickson County, Tennessee, 27 June 1861. Age 70 years. Died 23 November 1931, of heart attack near Sango, Tennessee. Physician in Sango Community for forty years. Son of David P. Waynick and Malinda Dickson Waynick. Married twice. First, married 4 Feb. 1890 to Miss Molly Acree. Four of their five children survive this union, Miss Mary, Dave, Mrs. W.J. Rogers and Andrew Johnson, Jr. Second, married Mrs. Maude Streetman. Two children survive second union, Virginia (12 years) and John (6 years). Internment at Sango Cemetery.
