Colonel NOWELL, Bertha Oxford, and unidentified friends. They are obviously at a special school or church function. Bertha is on the front right corner when you are looking at the picture and Colonel is the only boy, standing on her right. Maybe someone can identify the others for us. I think the pretty young lady on the top left may be a Nowell or Oxford.
