On May 19, 1904 at the unveiling of the monument, a group of four from the “Battle of Perryville” in Kentucky, October 8, 1862, posed for this photograph. Hoyte Cook is owner of this photograph. It is a large picture and takes time to load, but is worth the time.

April, 2014 update: The occasion of the above photograph was the unveiling of the monument of the Sixteenth Tennessee Infantry in McMinnville, Tennessee in 1904.
The Perryville, Kentucky monument was dedicated in 1902.
