Louie Eugene Ramey,102,died February 3,1987 at his home. Funeral services were 10:00 February 6th at McDonald Funeral Home in Linden. Burial was in the Roberts Cemetery at Whitwell Chapel with Bill Cornelius officiating. He was a native of Kentucky; son of the late George and Mattie Vivian Ramey; farmer and timber worker; member of the 7th Day Church of God of Phrophesy. Survivors include his wife Martha Pearl Ward Ramey of Linden; 3 daughters, Willodean Averett,Lois Warren both of Linden, Mickey Hemby of Parsons; 4 sons, Eugene Ramey ,of Portland OR, Jack, of Florence AL; Robert,and David both of Linden; number of grandchildren and great grandchildren and great,great grandchildren.
