No. 160 Knoxville; Cumberland Club; elected to legislature from Hancock and Claiborne Counties Nov. 1876 and from Knox Co., 1896; delegate from 1st Congressional District to National Republican Convention of 1880 and from 2nd District in 1896; has been Director in banks, dry goods business, lumber business and has investments in City property, farming and timber lands.
