Master; Grand Commander Knight Templar, Tennessee, 33d degree; Hon. A. A. S. Rite; Mayor of Chattanooga, Tenn., 1887-89; President Board of Education 1893; private soldier Union Army; member S. A. R.; moved to Chattanooga Feb. 26, 1866.
