Landmark to fall - the old Ray & Grooms Mule Barn, one of Greenfield's earliest businesses, is being torn down.  The City landmark, erected in 1910 by J. N. Ray and Z. W. Grooms, was once Greenfield's leading business.  Among those shown in the above picture taken in 1912, are J. Fred Grooms, Floyd Ford, Early M. Coats, Roger J. Grooms, Will McKinney, Dean Z. Grooms, Walter Crews, Charles E. Grooms, W. Grooms, and Charlie Smith.
