He married Nettie Mae RICH on 28 June 1919 in Wayne County, Tennessee. She was born 3 Nov 1898 in Wayne Co., Tn and died 19 Sep 1972 in Peoria, IL. She was the daughter of John T. and N. C. RICH.
Noah and Nettie had three children:

- Glenn Doyle FITCH, b. 5 Jan 1951, Peoria, IL, married 25 Sep 1970 Peoria, IL to Bonnie Sue SMITH, b. 7 July 1951, Mora, MN. They have three children: Lisa Diane FITCH, Robert Allen FITCH, and Kristy Lynn FITCH.
