Morrison resident and Warren County native Welthan May Bell, 83, died Jan. 2 at River Park Hospital. A homemaker and a member of Morrison First Baptist Church, she was the daughter of William and Lora Hendrix Parker and was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Leslie Bell in 1996; and one son, James Leslie (Buck) Bell.
