Services were Tuesday morning at 9:30 o’clock at the Oak Grove Baptist Church. Rev. W.J. Thompson, Baptist minister, officiated and burial was in the Oak Grove cemetery. (Wince) Barnes, 80-year-old resident of Route 6, McMinnville, succumbed to an 18 month illness in Warren County General Hospital at 5:30 a.m Tuesday.  A native of this county and member of the Church of Christ, the World War I veteran was married May 4, 1919 to the former Ruby Ware, who survives.
