Warren Native Dies At Home In Texas

E. Bruce Barnes, native of Irving College community of Warren county, died at his home in Austin, Texas, April 11, following an extended illness.  Funeral services and burial took place there.  A son of Isaac and Susanna Hill Barnes, Mr. Barnes had resided in Texas over half a century. He was a practicing attorney and for a number of years was clerk of  the Texas Public Service Commission. He was the last surviving member of his mother’s family.
