I have a picture of Phillip and Catherine Hobaugh’s tombstones and a more modern stone placed by Phillip Hobaugh’s 3rd great-grandson. We located their stones several years ago and placed the modern stone between their stones so future generations would be able locate the stones after they become unreadable. With modern technology they should be remembered. Phillip was concerned that his name would become lost as may be seen in Sullivan County court documents.
The Odells buried there are reportedly Andrew Odell, Jr. and Kisiah Hicks Odell. Andy was born in 1845/6. Their children were Will, Sam, Henry, Walter, Nora, Kate, and three younger children. In addition there is a broken stone next to these markers that appears to say Samuel Odell. Sam Odell was Bristol, TN police chief in the 1910s. I can send you the written record if you email me.
