You wanted to know where Ernest Gray Stewart is buried. I can help with that since he is my uncle. Charles W. Stewart was married to Betty Coe Jones. My grandfather died in September of 1930 and my grandmother buried their little son (Ernest) the next month. He died of Membrance Croup. My grandfather Charlie and son Ernest are buried in the Potter Cemetery in Harr, TN. (a small community just outside Holston Valley, in the Bristol, TN region. I hope this helps. I just stumbled over this webpage by accident. Also, my grandfather Charlie was in WWI with the 3oth Division., 117th Infantry, Co. E. My grandmother, (Charlie’s wife) is buried in Morning View Cemetery, Bluff City, TN. She passed away Oct. 14th, 1974.
There is a grave yard in Sullivan county near Winigan named Tallman cemetery. My great grandmother is suppose to be buried there. Can anyone tell me if her stone is still there. I have a picture of it, but would like to come there and see it also. Thank you for any help.
Ernest Gray Stewart is buried in Potter Cemetery in Bristol, Sullivan County, TN and on findagrave.com. Headstone states born July 25, 1925 and died Oct 28, 1930. Death certificate states buried Oct 30, 1930 in Potter Cemetery.
