Located at 230 Boozy Creek Road off the Bloomingdale Pike.  The cemetery is well kept.  There are several funeral home markers that bear only surnames.  We believe they are holding spots, and they have not been included in this transcription.

This cemetery is sometimes referred to as “Old Salem,” but there is an Old Salem Cemetery in Washington County, Tennessee.

Transcribed and photographed October 30, 2004 by Chester Willis, Jan Clark, Donna Briggs and Bob Shell, members of the Cemetery Survey Team of Northeast Tennessee.
