Isley Cemetery — 3 Comments

  1. Appreciate that Sharon Smith documented this cemetery. We visited it over 10 years ago. We live in Iowa. The person with last name of Hunt was Rosannah Cordelia Isley Hunt, daughter of William Penn Isley and Rosannah Hawk. She was married to John Nicholas Hunt, they had three children as much as I can confirm.

  2. Thanks, Chris. The credit should go to the Cemetery Survey Team for all their hard work. Our Sullivan cemetery list is outstanding because of their generosity!

    • I know my Isley family was from Sullivan County back when it was The State of Franklin. Records from Indiana just says recent from Tennessee. Are there any marriage records for your area?
