CHILDRESS, D.B. – Most Goods Saved in Fire (1878)
Mr. D.B. CHILDRESS, late of this town, saved most of his good in the Sweetater fire, though in a damaged condition. The loss of his building and other damage will be between $3,000 and $4,000.
