Childress Cemetery — 4 Comments

  1. I think I have some family members buried here is there any record of Wards buried in the 1920s or 1940s death records say Childress cemetery in Kingsport Tn. They were both children. Thanks

  2. We have found no records for this cemetery that name anyone other than those named in the transcription. If I had more information – first name, death year – I might be able to prove burial there by determining where they were living in Sullivan County/Kingsport. I would add their names to the transcription if I could be convinced that this was the correct cemetery. I just need a little bit of evidence. You may email me directly: dcoxbriggs@charter.net

  3. I have been told a relative of min–David/Dave Carroll who died abt 1900 is buried in this cemetery. Do you know if there are any records? He was married to Charlotte/Charity Eastman. I think she may ave died in 1855 but not sure. Thank you

    • I realize you left this comment in 2020. I just was researching this cemetery. There is a David & Charity Carroll listed on findagrave in this cemetery. Someone has listed additional information on their findagrave entries. Good luck.
