From the research of Donna Briggs:
C. M. Cox was Charles Milburn Cox, a son of Ezekiel and Elizabeth Copas Cox. He married Martha Tunnell on 5 Sep 1866 in Sullivan County. She is buried at Double Springs Church Cemetery.
E. M. Cox was Ezekiel Morris Cox, also a son of Ezekiel and Elizabeth Copas Cox. He married Clara Mitchell on 14 Sep 1877 in Washington County. Ezekiel died in 1885, after which Clara remarried Dewitt Clinton Moody and had three more children. She is also buried at Double Springs Church Cemetery.
