I am a great+ grandson of Elmer and Mary Ann Wilsdorf. I am doing a lot of family research and was glad to find this page. If you are interested, I have an older picture of Elmer and Mary Ann that I would be glad to share with you and I am needing help getting past Mary Ann in the Smith Family Line if you can help me. Thanks, Anthony.
Hey. Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry that it took so long for me to reply. Just now got back on genealogy trail. Don’t have picture with me but will locate it and try to get it to you soon. Still searching out Smith line as well as William P. Patterson family. He married Wilsdorf daughter, Elizabeth. Apparently he was from Ohio, lived in Illinois and mustered into the Union Army in Iowa. Hooked up with Wilsdorf family while trying to get home after being wounded in battle. Can’t find his line either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
