Be it remembered that on the 7 day Sept (1874?) a certain
paper writing purposting to be the last will and testament
of A C Danshee Decd was presented for probate which is in
the words and figures following to wit)
A C Danshee do make and publish this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all others by me at anytime
made prior to this date.
First at my decease it is my wish and desire that all my
just debts be paid together with my funeral expenses
as soon as practicable.
Second I give and bequeath to my son Thos. E.
Danshee all my Estate both real and personal.
I have given to my son W. W. Danshee the
sum of Eleven hundred and fifteen Dollars and I desire
to give him nothing more.
I have hereto fare given to Danisa Boyers
One thousand Dollars and some of her property
and I desire her to receive nothing more of my Estate.
I have hereto fare given to Mary T. Coleman between
three and four hundred Dollars and she may remain on the
land whereon she now resides during my life free of rent
if she sees proper to do so and I desire her to receive no more
of my estate.
I have given hereto fare Susan Blackburn
Eleven hundred Dollars and I desire her to have nothing more of
my Estate.
This will is made whilst I am of sound mind disposing
memory in the presence of the witnepes here and to subscribe
to attesting witnepes. This 30″ July 1867
I hereby nominate and appoint W. S. Matwell my
executor in the presence of
W. S. Matwell A. C. Danshee
E. L. Roberts
And thereupon appeard W. S. Matwell and E. L. Roberts in open
Court who upon their oaths state to the Court that they
signed said paper writing as the last will and testament
of said A. C. Danshee Decd at his special instance and
request in his presence as attesting witnepes,
there to and the said A.C. Danshee Decd did publish
execute and declare said paper writing to be his last
will and testament.
