Know All men by these presents that I, Isaac M. Davis, of the county of Massac and the state of Illinois, do hereby constitute and appoint Virgil H. Davis, of Cornersville in the county of Giles and the state of Tennessee, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name place and stead to ask, demand, collect, receive and receipt for any and all money due me and now ready to be paid to me from the estate of John Davis, deceased, who was the grandfather of the undersigned and which I am entitled to as his heir at law. And I do hereby authorize my said attorney for me to sign my name to any receipt which may be required to obtain any or all sums of money due me from said estate, and to do and perform all other acts necessary to be done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I myself, if personally present could do and I hereby notify and confirm all that my said attorney shall or may do in the premises.
