Oakley, Clerk of the County Court of said county by John Elliott, his deputy Clerk have this day proceeded agreeable to the Act of the Assembly passed December 21st 1841 Directing clerks to make probate Distributions with Insolvent Estates & it appears from the report of Milton Cummings, Administrator of Virgil Cummings, Deceased, Estate is Insolvent and from the returns of all the available funds of Said Estate by Said Administration accounts, so is —                      $162.78
