State of Tennessee, Marshall County, Janyary 30th 1846 –
This is the last will and Testament of Mary R. HAYES,
In the first place I will that Nancy C. CAMBELL and her son William have the ____ of the improved parte of my Land this Year and after this year the land is to be Equally Divided between John M. HAYSE and William L. N.
I will to J. M. HAYES one Bed and funiture and one Bedstead, also one bed and furniture to William L. N.
also I will one cow to Nancy C. CAMPBELL, also I leave John M. HAYES to pay my debts, acknowledged to in the presence of the undersigned witnesses

Personally appeared in open court S. D. WILSON and Anderson HAYES subscribing witnesses to above will and proved the due execution of the same as the law directs which was ordered to be recorded
