Belfast May the 28th 1908

I, D. J. E COFFEY being os sound mind do make this my last will and Testament.

I give and bequath to my Niece Cora McADAMS wife of J. R. McADAMS, at my death one half interest I own in one gray house [horse?], I also bequath to Cora McADAMS my niece Two hundred Dollars ($200.00), I give and bequeath to Brownie Tate CRAIG daughter of L. P. CRAIG. My Nephew- the rest of my personal property and real Estate af reserving the following the following. I want nice rocks placed at my Father’s and Mother’s grave, and on nice Rock placed Jointly between me and my wife. My property to be sold at my death. Part of my real Estate lies in Bedford County Tennessee

This day September the 5th day 1907 Came R Knox ORR in Open Court and presented a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of D J E. COFFEY dec’d and moved the court to allow the same admitted ton probate which prayer the Court is pleased to grant. Whereupon Came R Knox ORR & Cecil CUMMINGS the two subscribing witnesses to the said will and after being Duly sworn proved the Due Execution of the same by the testator therein Named upon the day and date therein written. Whereupon the Court ordered the same Certified and the will recorded. Witness my hand at office in Lewisburg Tennessee on this the 5th day of September 1907
