I James M. Hardison do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at anytime made.
First I direct that my funeral Expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.
Secondly I give and bequeath to Martha Hardison my beloved wife all my estate of every description to her and the heirs of her natural body forever provided however that if the said Martha Hardison shall hereacter marry and hane no issue then it tis my will that my Estate heretofore bequeathed to her be equally Divided between my brothers and sisters,
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my father Thomas Hardison my Executor. In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 13th of July A. D. 1842.
Signed sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Testator this 13th day of July AS 1842.

Personally appeared in open court Chas. Hardison and Calvin Hardison subscribing witnesses to the within will who being first sworn here in open court proved the due Execution of said will as the law directs.
