Judy Faye Mobley Burns was born November 20, 1947 in the Shady Grove community to Wilford Otie Mobley Sr. and Nora Evelyn Nichols Mobley, in addition to her parents Faye was also preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Edgar Lee Burns, brothers William Howard Mobley, John Walker Mobley, Charles Otie Mobley, Walter Lewis Mobley, and sister Sara Allene Mobley Luckett.

Survivors include her children Elena (Fred) Walls, Wesley (Earlene) Burns, Crystal (Mark) Brown. Grandchildren Rachel M. Walls, Kayla (LD) Rosson, Seth Reed, Waylon A. Burns, Kelcey L. Brown, Matthew P. Brown, Josephine N. Brown, and Luke W. Brown, great-granddaughter Avery Rosson, Brother Wilford (Brenda) Mobley Jr., sisters Imogene (Snooks) Kelley, and Janice S. Reed, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Faye was a stay at home mom to her 3 children, but in later years worked as a seamstress. Faye had the best smile and loved talking to people, and was warm hearted and a fateful wife and friend.
