Martha B. Slate, 85, of Centerville, died Sunday, October 31, 2010.  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2010 at the New Life Assembly of God Church, located at 1159 Highway 100 in Centerville. Burial took place in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
