Irene Lawson, age 90, born December 13, 1913 in Cannon Co., TN, died May 2, 2004 at Lewis County Manor, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be Monday, May 3, 2004 at 4:30 PM. The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, May 4, 2004 at 2:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be Johnny Clayton. Entombment will take place May 4, 2004 in the Nickell Cemetery Mausoleum, Centerville, TN. Survivors include her sons, James H. (Phyllis), William T. (Sammye Jo), and Richard E. (Nita) Lawson; half-sister, Hazel Dozier; grandsons, Keith Lawson, Michael L. Lawson, Paul L. Lawson and John A. Lawson; granddaughters, Rebecca S. (Steven) Kelly and Lauren E. Lawson. Preceded in death by her parents, John David and Flora (James) Hollis and her husband, Guy Linden Lawson.
